When my mother was in Pit Stop her care was absolutely brilliant but when she was in majors the treatment and care was disgusting. Her antibiotic drip run out. I was asked when it ran out to let them know 1/2 an hour later they came then my mother wanted the toilet again she had to wait another 1/2 an hour then at 9.30 pm she was told she could go home. At 83 years old can't believe it.
