Firstly: The car parking - how can one know how long one will wait? 2nd. The dragon lady receptionist totally lacking in empathy, patience and normal manners. 3rd. The specialist was running nearly an hour late. 4th. The first question, 'have you had your blood test?'. Answer 'no'. 'We'll go downstairs and do it now'. (It turns out blood tests are upstairs!). 5th. Blood test unit closed for the day. I have to make fresh arrangements, asap. 6th. I handed form in to reception as instructed to be told 'no, go to the reception upstairs'. 7th. Finally escaped after 5.45, for a 3 minute chat with specialist. None the wiser, learned nothing, advice nil. 8th. Altogether 3 1/2 hour round trip for night.
