The level of care provided is outstanding and friendly helpful staff. Everything was explained clearly so wasn't worried or concerned at all. The only thing I find awkward is the gowns! Be nice if they had longer ties so it can be fastened around to the front. But there's probably a reason why they have to be fastened where it's hard to reach!
Keep up the great work you do... I'm proud of you all....
