The staff are lovely but so overworked the system is breaking.
You need more staff on less hours. A 13 hour shift is unacceptable and should be sorted out asap. Bells are ringing constantly which gives migraines. Well you did ask!!
The staff should not be expected to pay car parking fees or the public.
