On the whole, care has been excellent.
The staff have been kind, caring and in difficult moments, have gone above and beyond to help.
There are so many staff who have been involved. It's hard to name them all, but Sam Flower is an outstanding asset to Holly ward.
One small point - in the early days, family is generally lost and bewildered, and perhaps some sort of wall chart of when and how to talk to doctors would be of benefit. Not a complaint!!
