I was only in Heron Ward for about half a day on Aug 13, but this was enough for me to form a very positive opinion about the two nurses who looked after me: Vicky ( Victoria) and Christine. They combined a brisk professionalism with great humanity. I really felt I was treated as an individual and not as ' just another patient '. They are a credit to St Peter's. I do not think their care could have been improved.
