After fracturing my wrist in September I visited the Urgent Care Centre at St Peters Hospital. Knowing how busy the unit is I settled myself in for a long wait. I was booked in, seen, x-rayed twice, had a manipulation of my break and then had the wrist plastered all in the space of 2 hours.
In that time I was treated with respect & all was explained as the process went along.
A big thank you to all the staff concerned, working under that pressure but still giving a great service.
