Everybody was 100% amazing all staff exceptional, covid measures in place robust .from start to finish excellent treatment and care - thank you
Suggested improvements
The initial booking area is not private at all , I don’t like giving my PID and reason for visit in such close proximity to waiting patients .
You can be overheard in that area and beyond the door . That logistics issue doesn’t take away from the fab clinical Or admin staff
