My Son was admitted to Oak ward, for surgery on his mouth on the 1st of Feb. Staff extremely friendly and helpful, no delays, took my sons special needs into account and moved his surgery time forward, Surgeon and anaesthetist fantastic, nurse in charge and all her staff fantastic, all questions answered, mind put at ease, everything explained every step of the way, everything ran as scheduled even with the snow. Cannot fault this ward at all they have been amazing. Very clean, good facilities and brilliant play room, they have an amazon wish list that you can buy a toy for the ward from, I'll be ordering now. 5 stars from a mum and autistic son who were uneccessarily worried about surgery. Thank you so much x
