All of the staff at the Urgent Care centre were extremely helpful and polite. They were clearly under a lot of pressure from the amount of referrals from 111 but they were clear with directions and very helpful to all patients. They advised that I would be waiting for around 2.5hrs which I could completely understand given the current situation but I was seen in less than that time.
