We are unfortunately now regulars in A&E, sometimes the care is fantastic others it is very slow, especially when A&E is bursting at the seams and the poor staff are run ragged. My father is a vulnerable cancer patient, so we were very kindly put in a cubicle to wait out turn. The cupboards were falling apart, 1 of which had a screw, protruding, uncovered on the floor. My father had to have a bag of IV fluids and the nurse assigned to this "Monique" on night shift 5/4/19 was so kind, caring and considerate took us to a room with a bed and nothing was too much trouble. Thank you very much Monique.
