The team here at St Peters NICU have been absolutely phenomenal from start to finish. The care that my son and I, even though I am not the patient, Have received in the weeks that we have been here has been truly, truly exceptional. Nothing has ever been too much or too difficult, every member of the team, at all levels have been kind, caring and Passionately professional. One of the key reasons that the team is so successful, I believe, is because of their ability to work cohesively together, using communication and mutual respect for each other as tools to help achieve and maintain this amazing working environment.
There will never be enough thank you’s in the world for all that you have done for my little family. I will be eternally grateful to you all.
