- every NHS staff member I met was helpful, courteous and efficient and, in particular, the specialist ‘nurse’ practitioner who ultimately took care of me was ‘amazing’, making me feel relaxed and confident and keeping me well informed.
- the distancing arrangements and cleanliness were excellent.
- I was a nervous patient but the attitude and approach of all NHS staff at A&E made me feel calm and secure.

Suggested improvements
- whilst I have no complaints and understand with COVID, managing patients is not easy, but it was a very cold day and having to wait outside feeling poorly with nowhere to sit was uncomfortable .
