My son was treated by a kind and caring lady called Sam EMP, to say she went above and beyond her job description would be an understatement. My son was very scared and upset, Sam took her time with him and found different ways to treat him, she also helped with my anxiety. I have always been a big fan of the NHS but have even more respect for them to see them working under pressure still smiling and caring.
Suggested improvements
Although we only waited outside the UTC for a minute, it was raining and I can imagine people waiting a long time in the cold and rain, I understand COVID guidelines but maybe a Marquee or tent to protect those stuck outside would help.
