What was good about my mum's care was the dignity and respect, care and compassion shown, kindness and helpfulness as she cannot see very well and mob is a problem. Only thing that could be improved is for more start, as they were very short started for first two days at admission and trying to pin down a doctor to answer your questions when needed.
