Overall it was excellent in such a difficult environment. However, whilst I know intentions were genuine, I received a lot of mixed messages about the plan to get by baby home. I recommend putting things in writing to parents and putting it with their baby so other nurses can review and not contradict previous decisions. Some affected my ability to bring my baby home when I thought, and the constant changes caused 7ndue stress.
