I was greeted by a very polite HCA who was screening at door. The receptionist was also kind & friendly whilst checking me in.
The triage nurse was very polite, thorough & reassuring.
I was seen by Dr Alan Junally, who was exceptionally kind, caring, reassuring and compassionate.
