Physiotherapist was very understanding and explained everything well to me. She managed my expectations well. Issue with appointments and I had to wait longer than I would have liked when I was confused with exercises. I now understand my condition, however, after only 2 appointments. I cannot say physiotherapy has helped significantly with improving my condition.
