Service and care varies according to teams and individuals on duty. Sometimes not enough information. Some staff giving the basic requirements or less. But many are excellent and dedicated to their jobs. Professional and caring, few went beyond the call of duty and genuinely tried to calm and ease my pains and anxiousness like Gayle and Clare Johns who in my books is a real STAR that I cannot thank enough.

Very careful surical proceedure. All the sisters and the nurses in the ward were always very interested in my condition and my progress. Everything I needed or wanted was provided quickly exceptional interest and care - fantastic - I really mean it. Thank you

Diabetic - told to starved from midnight for a procedure at 0815hrs but procedure delayed until 3.30pm arrived on ward 8pm when was finally given something to eat. Starved for 20 hours. Unbelievable.
