Anti Co ag clinic.
The staff could not have done more over the last 3 weeks, they have even moved an appointment for me as I was unable to get to St Peters.
The staff have kept me informed and upto date on what I should be done regard my drugs.
Thank you for your care over my recent hospital stay and recovery.
