Received attentive, friendly and excellent care. We'd like to single out for special provide Estela, Henar and Dr Tilisha Patel. They worked really hard and nothing was too much trouble. Also they gave us time to answer our queries and reassure us about our mother's treatment. Also the support cleaning and food services staff were of a high standard.

The receptionist said hello and asked if she could help immediately. All staff from Cathie to Dr Kate were kind, good humoured and informative.
Improve?
Maybe the sign saying to knock on the CT control room door if none had come within.
10 minutes could be in a better place or else duplicated for better visibility.

1) Reception staff @ St Peter's Orth fantastic.
2) Aftercare at discharge in Ashford inadequate.
- Staff very polite
- Not enough explanation.
3) Huge wait at Ashford for procedure with no info! Forgot to admit me on the day or provide info.
