Consultant very pleasant and helpful. Nurse somewhat dismissive brusque. Suggested alternative dressing which mother said would be appropriate in a week of so - this comment was sneered at, only to then be reiterated by the consultant, at which stage nurse asked if mother was paying attention. Mother is trained First Aider, not idiot.

1) Attention by the nurses, comfort and assurance, friendly doctors, who answered questions.
2) Holly is quiet, spacious and well managed, particularly in time sof staff shortage.
3) Visitors are made welcome and helped when needed.

The care that received my daughter was good and she was treated with kindness. In my opinion we were waiting a little bit too long for information but because it was in the night so I could understand that.
