Over all treatment was of a highly satisfactory level.
The room toilet, where I was located needed to be checked for cleanliness following the use by less able elderly patients. Found toilet seat/bowl and disabled seat heavily soiled by stool deposit.
Discharge medication was deficient of Enoxaparin Sodium injections at point of discharge.
Personal medication, presented on admission, was not returned at point of discharge.
