Friendliness of staff.
Caring staff.
As a visitor, it was good to have a cup of tea as its difficult to leave the bedside of someone who’s dying.
I think the speed with which pain relief was administered was too slow.

The personal attention received from the staff.
The encouragement received from the staff that even house who have not exercised for years are capable of delay the exercises having one some sessions at St Peters and the remainder at Riverbourne, the loss of the relaxation session at loss, when we transferred to river Bourne.

They were all so patient and kind even when very busy, stressed on under pressure of any kind.
It was enough to make me feel better immediately!!
I cannot welcomed all he staff highly enough and will ell my friends that too!
It would not be fair to single out any one member of staff because they were all so kind, caring, helping and cheerful.
Please thank then all for me. They were all great but Karsten, Jassy, Patricia, Angel and Sherene were outstanding.

Nothing that springs to mind all staffed OK.
Venis very good nurse really caring helped my father when he was confused and gave extra blankets at night.
