It was wonderful - everyone was happy thorough and encouraging me to do more.
I cannot thank you all enough. I met all of the team over the 2 weeks.
Saw Carole Ann several times and she got me more confident on the stairs, especially causing down! I was supplied with lots of helpful equipment to get me going. Magic!! What a team Michel, Hannah, Joy, Carrie, Tomasz and Carol.

Staff all so friendly and reassuring.
My sedation didn’t work (problem with my difficult veins) but I was given all the options, not rushed and made aware it was completely my choice.
Really turned what could have been a worrying moment into a good experience.
Only bad thing was the initial wait time in reception. Nearly an hour and a half.

Everyone was friendly informative.
One's dignity was extremely well respected.
The procedure did not hurt.
Good pain relief and a lovely cup of tea and biscuit to each one afterwards.

From the time I arrived in reception the staff were very efficient and attentive.
Alex the sonographer was very kind and caring. I decided to keep awake and watch the Sareen the nurse too was really kind and reassuring. The nurses before after and during were all friendly kind and reassuring.
This was really appreciated as the procedure was intrusive and personal.

Cannot see the need for any improvement. Every aspect was dealt with, with extreme calmness and efficiently and consideration.
