Review of St Peter's PFS - Bereavement Services
26th November 2021

Firstly there is nothing to be improved on with my counselling sessions. They were so beneficial and helped me so so much. Pip was professional and intuitive. She helped me to come to terms with certain specific situations and memories in a way that was clever and gentle and just perfect. For the service, when I referred myself I also tried to refer my son who has a disability. Unfortunately the lady on the phone told me that they were unable to see him due to his extra needs. I was very disappointed in this response and I know they must be so stretched. So I think this could be investigated, about how the service can be more diverse around clients who aren’t so mainstream But as I said my sessions were life changing for me. When I began them there seemed to be no way forward but at the end I could see a future so thank you

It was helpful to speak with thers who have similar experiences and understand the issues it was god to share our experiences and get helpful advice from those in a similar situation./nThe facilidatos were/all compassionate and caring and there was time to speak and listen to others. It felt a non-judgemental a safe space to speak to others. Thank you for providing an excellent and much needed service.

You all stepped in and helped my family and Sara's loved ones in a moment of crisis and the level of support and care you have shown for my auntie is beyond my capacity to properly describe at the moment but you have all been a light in the darkness time I have experienced in my life. Thank you all for everything that you do, it is humbling and maaing and you all make a real difference to the world. Thank you.

I have received nothing but friendly and genuine care about my care. Although at this stage this is purely on a social level.
