This is my first time experiencing counsellor I do not know what I expected but Ella put me at ease and our sessions have been most helpful.

Explaining that there are times when patients/carers are asked to stay in their rooms- and why. Don't try to hide the fact that patients die here.

I am very happy with the support both my mum and myself received.

The emotional support staff member was going to come and speak to me but did come back and see me.

Staff were extremely friendly, caring and professional the support is amazing, lovely grounds.

I am having palliative care for oesophageal cancer. I have been gives excellent advice and help by phone and visits since my diagnosis in March 2022. I am always encouraged to keep in touch if I have any worries or concerns.
