I find your staff to be very kind and helpful. The service that I have been given for my medication has been very useful. I have been given good advice about my mobility.
All the nurses/careres were very friendly always putting mums comfort first - except for one that got called to the house.
They answered any questions and concerns we had which put me at ease.
To be able to talk about all my fears, can I be treated at home or hospice. Emma reassured me of all my fears and I felt I had someone there for me that I wasn't alone. She has give me a life time for which I am truly thankful.
Always helpful and a smiling face. It cheers you up.
Excellent care, friendly like a 5 star hotel.
My wife telephoned the advice line at night but they were unable to help due to few staff and not knowing me as I had not been an impatient.
I have only been involved for a week but, to date the service has been sensitive, helpful, encouraging and appropriately challenging.
Staff are very good.
I found it difficult when first admitted because I wasn't in control so trust and confidence were difficult. But staff have helped me overcome this.
My husband Colin, wished to stay at home and without the visiting help me received from Sr Peter's we wouldn't have been able to carry out his last wishes. Also the help I received from the palliative care team it would have been impossible.
We can't thank you all enough and it will never be forgotten.
The care is excellent - everyone so friendly and helpful.
Don't think there's anything that could be improved.
