I have met four members of staff. All understanding and caring. This has been a great help in my time of utter despair.

Ms Jane Tysen showed me around the hospice grounds etc two weeks ago and I found the time was very useful for me. All members of staff I met were super and very helpful.

Review of St Peter's PSS - Arts Psychotherapies written by a family member
10th April 2015

My 8 yr old daughter received Music Therapy following the death of her Daddy. She had been struggling to make sense of all that had happened and was very angry. Jane gave her the space and platform via music to express herself, thoughts and feelings. I'm Sure she'll always treasure the songs that were created while there. They are very moving and it was magical to see them coming together at the sessions. Thank you so much for offering such an amazing and helpful service. From Trudy and Steph Hamer.

Review of St Peter's Hospice - Community Team written by a family member

My husband was cared for by St Peterscommunity team Mostly by Karen Hooper. The care was amazing both for him and us as a family. we used the helpline as we'll and we're given advice and extra visits as needed. we cannot fault the care and we felt that we were included in all decisions made my husband was treated with respect and dignity. his choice was to die at home and without them this wouldn't have been possible. I would not hesitate in recommending this service and we are so grateful to them.

Review of St Peter's Day Services - Fatigue and Breathlessness Course written by
23rd March 2015

I can't praise the girls who ran this course highly enough. Kind, caring, approachable, funny, understanding, whatever good things I could say, all apply to them. The course was very thorough, well thought out, and it was obvious on the final day that most of the attendees would like to continue. Sad to say, they cant unless of course you could find room for them on another course. Can't fault the course one bit. Thank you for your time and effort. Ken Bovington

Review of St Peter's PSS - Bereavement Services written by a family member
22nd March 2015

The care given to my wife Bernadette during her last hours was brilliant. The support given to me by your bereavement service was wonderful whilst coping with my loss has been far from easy. The kindness and compassion shown to me and my daughter was truly amazing. God bless you all

Treated very well. Feel involved in decisions but still made by staff. Sometimes staff do something but without telling you what and why.
