One of the best places I've been.
Wonderful staff.
Care is very good. 1005 praise, put themselves out for you.
Can't think of anything that could be improved.
Think they are experts so don't want greater involvement in decisions.
Complete understanding and kindness.
Seem to be short staffed. It sometimes seems to take some time before they come when call button pressed.
All very caring.
I don't think anything can be improved.
I had a first class service.
All the staff were kind and caring to my needs. Always had a smile.
The staff were more like friends than nurses.
Always there if you need them.
Absolutely everything was good about care and support received.
In my opinion I can't find any room for improvement - that just can't be possible!
Cheerfulness can be somewhat overbearing. I could prefer to be treated more gentle.
Being fed at 5.30 its a very long wait to 8.00 am.
Staff should be taught how to use the showers safely.
The person who came to visit me was very caring and listened to me even though I sometimes babbled on. She was very friendly and I felt comfortable in her company. She gave me confidence and said I could always call on St. Peter's Hospice anytime I needed them.
I will always be grateful for the help and support I received at the time.
Thank you.
My sessions with Jane Lings were very helpful. It was a calm and safe place to share pain, sadness and the difficulties of being a carer of a husband with M N D. Jane was very professional, yet sensitive. I am very thankful for her help and support.
