Informative, matter of fact advice given.
Immediate response to answer phone messages that we left.
Support when needed.
The only improvement would be to have more beds and respite care but that would be beyond the ability of the present hospice.

The care was excellent, the carers and nurses were very caring, patient, cheerful, made every effort to make me feel comfortable and supported.

Always treated with dignity and privacy. My own medical issues were taken into consideration with all consultations culminating in positive approach to my diagnosis and medication approved have been to my benefit.

I was happy with the way people was nice helpfully, could have more conselling group's long er day not just 6 times
