Can't think of anything that could be improved as I have enjoyed every second of the therapy - the ambiance and the total relaxation that therapy provided felt like I was "floating" once finished.

Everyone very friendly and professional. Volunteers amazing. Instant attention when required. All family involved in decision etc.
Only tried care line out of hours so no help at all then.
Overall - it's amazing!

We as a family were very pleased with the excellent care that all nurses gave Sidney it was a great loss to loose him but now at peace and will always be grateful of your service to him. Now at the moment seeing my sister who now in patients care. It's so sad when some one has to go but with all your care and support helps.
