I had a dedicated member of the team assigned to me. This was important as we built a good understanding, trust and I felt very comfortable and safe talking to her. She was absolutely lovely to me. I am so grateful.
It's enabled me to move forward significantly and deal with my grief.
Thank you so very much.
My contact with you was far post-bereavement counselling after a rather unsatisfactory experience at home during my husband's terminal illness. Elaine was absolutely wonderful. (I have written to her and Julie Francis) and brought me skillfully through same difficult issues. It is still very partly.
Good
All very good - lovely buildings and gardens staff very kind.
Improvement.
I use in continue pads and go through a large number, I wish they would leave a larger supply for me as I know I will need more.
"Everything excellent from top to the bottom''.
"Place I wanted to be".
We were treated lovely when we arrived everything was explained brilliantly. The staff are all very kind friendly thoughtful and considerate. We were all made very welcome.Just like a big family here. Its all about the care and what my mum wants.
Really lovely place.
Extremely helpful and respectful staff.
The only criticism we have is that the tables are too narrow to fit around chairs properly.
Extremely good note taking by all staff with whom I had contact.
Patience and perseverance in getting my medication correct.
Good follow up.
I am not sure how much initial decisions about medication change were decided before seeing me initially. This may have contributed to problems with the change and constituted more contact than might otherwise have been required.
The initial discussions have been helpful, and the staff understanding. I am at the beginning of my care so it remains to be seen how this turns out.
It is difficult to operate the care and professional from those in St Monica's and St Peter's but both are of an extremely high standard. They compliment each other superbly and guarantee an extreme level of care.
