A caring welcoming listeners available.
A cozy colorful surrounding and view.
Helpfulness, kindness, attentiveness and smiling faces always around. Not a hectic environment.
Therapies offered very useful and helpful, beneficial.
being accepted as I am "brokeness" wish referral to needful therapies - instant but I'm not realistic as virtue of patience I lack.
A treat to have 3 course meal - felt pampered and being served as I tend to serve than being served. Comfort.

I cannot thank Collette Mapley enough for all her support and help. She truly has an empathy with patients and is kind, understanding and cares about you.

Excellent service and support on the whole. Some staff unaware of the needs of visually impaired people and have therefore been inappropriately intrusive (i.e touching me and moving me without telling me).
Visual awareness and guiding training could be beneficial for staff and volunteers.

I cannot thank the St Peter's nurses enough for the wonderful care they gave to my husband Sam, and the support shown to myself and family.
The warmth, patience and knowledge shown by the nurses was commendable and I would not hesitate in recommending St Peters Angels to anyone.
