I had 8 bereavement sessions with Ted after my husband passed away. I was very pleased with the help I received. I received reassurance as I went through various feelings and phases that I was normal. I felt very helped that I had someone who was non judgmental who would understand and advice me. It is amazing to know that I can always come back if I need to.
A very personal touch from the first point of contact on wards.
I was unable to get to the hospital for grief counselling and after initial consultancy. Deidre visited me at home without this, I would of been unable to have your grief counselling services and I have really needed it of course I'm still grieving but I am coping better with it thanks to Deidie. I understand home counselling is not the norm due to rules and regulations but am so glad I was allowed it and hope it's something that can be more readily available in the future to others. Thank you for the care my sister received in her final days.
