The whole experience was very nice staff and volunteers were marvelous.
Food very good, and it was nice to meet people on the position as myself.
12 Thursdays were not enough!
Would have liked more time at the hospice.
Thank you all.
It was good for me to have a regular space in which to talk about my loss.
I was able to express myself in ways I probably wouldn't be able to with friends, and it enabled me to start my forward journey.
Established an early and good relationship with CSN (Clare Collins) who kept in regular contact and played a vital role in co-ordination with Manna Community Team and Portishead Medical Centre. Clare increased her contact/visits appropriately and had just the right approach to encouraging and suggesting, and allowing dad to make the decision. Hospice at home visits (initial) (Maisie) was outstanding, care and attention dad was shown was wonderful, and the support that followed on Cerde/Mikey was exactly what was needed. Admin co-ordination excellent, Claire always got my messages.
All aspects of care was brilliant, I could not think of anything to better it.
Staff and volunteers are great, building is nice, gardens beautiful.
Maybe a waste paper bin?
Wonderful place - wonderful people.
Thank you.
They were and are so helpful and get things done quickly. They listen and time is not an issue, I was out of my mind worry and so many question to ask before I met the team of St Peter's Hospice.
Everyone seems approachable and make sure you are informed of how the hospice works.
Very professional but friendly and very knowledgeable and caring.
Adaptive to my requirements.
Continuity of staff a small issue.
