Our care all members of the hospice team was amazing they were very professional yet very caring at mum is receiving the best possible care which is what we hoped for.
Emma complex has been brilliant with my mum and myself and my sister, we couldn't have hoped for more.
Helen payzer stayed the night which eased our stress and anxiety and she was fabulous with mum. Everyone did their very best for us and our mum, thanks.

I am not a relative but I am the main carer. This makes it difficult for me and the staff stalk about the patient although it is totally necessary. I need more support, understanding and help.
