Jamie and I were listened to very respectfully. Staff were alert to our needs. I could stay - Move in! and be with Janie every step of the way. This was vital. As was the encouragement to 'make the room our own space'. It was heart warming that staff had read the noted about Janie (spiritual/interests etc) and always used our names. We were shown more than care - we were given love. Improved? ' "crispy duvet"- but I just brought in my own when I realized I could.
