The support I received from Elaine my bereverment support was excellent and made a real difference, helping me to carry on living. The care, empathy, understanding and trust built with me was truly outstanding. The time given to me, listening to my pain. the commitment shown to me made me feel that she would not give up on me and that I should carry on with a new life. The support was perfect - nothing to improve.
