Felt St. Peter's were not wiling to commit any care. Using the exclusion of 'covid' and a lack of staff - Either you are or you are not providing care (after 18 moths this is no longer a valid exclude).
Suggested improvements
We wished for a 'sitter service' told it would be on the day basis - absolutely useless palliative care must be on an known basis not guiding if help will be available on the day!
