You kindly looked after my father in his last 2 weeks of his life. All of your staff could not have been more helpful and definitely made those last few weeks bearable. You even came and sat with my dad at night so my mum could sleep. We as a family really appreciated the support you gave us.

The only thing we can think is that you could have taken away any unused drugs, incontinence pads etc we don’t like to think of anything being wasted.
