1. Warm, caring welcome which made me feel at ease. 2. Time spent with nursing sister assigned to me to share experiences, feelings, anxieties of past week. 3. Ready availability of doctor to sort any problem e.g lack of appetite, depression I need to change medication. 4. I looked forward to attending each week and will really miss it.
