My care was good because everyone I came into contact with was warm friendly and helpful. I was offered a couple of options for grief counselling and after trying one and deciding it wasn't for me, I was made to feel completely comfortable about changing to a more suitable one. I always felt my feelings mattered and that I was truly cared for.
