So far I have been totally satisfied with the service. I guess the real test of satisfaction will be when I need to stay in the hospice to sort out pain relief or when I need end of life care.

Suggested improvements
The only thing I can think of would be a slightly faster response to phone calls. However, I completely understand that the hospice is having problems with staffing just like every other business in the country.
