I called the advice line (GP recommended) as I was caring for my mother at home and her condition suddenly worsened and I needed guidance.
Following a conversation and follow up visit from Lynne, I also found I needed and was given reassurance.
This much needed support was given regularly without the feeling of intrusion than I felt we made decisions, but with the advice and experience a person who really cared about the care and consequences of treatment. I found the talking therapy a valuable life time.
