The CNS and hospice at home team were brilliant. They treated my husband with the utmost care and respect and supported myself and my family through this difficult time.
Suggested improvements
We encountered a problem around the wounding used in my husbands 'respect' from which led to him { } to hospital on 1 occasion. This was quickly { } to avoid a future issue.
