I was in emotional distress because of family circumstances and I found the care given to me was a valuable it gave me the scaffolding to more on to the next stage of my lie.
Suggested improvements
I was grateful to face to face sessions and I cannot think of anything that ou could have done better. Although I thought I was a { } not a patient (see above).
