Good -
Fundamentally staff & voluteers quality
Everybody cares & will go extra mile
Communication with GP is excellet
Doctors & nurses work as team.
Not the divide between staff like them - us
This place is "best kept secret"
Could be improved -
Initial visit could have been better - but not hospice fault. District nurse did not know me.
