The staff and carers were outstanding in every meaning of the ward, kind caring and considerate (125%).
Suggested improvements
The only issues we had was the paperwork not being co-ordinated between the relevant depts i.e. doctors, Serona and St. Peters. I detected some doubt with the carers and district nurse when they referral to the medication etc. we not informed of the removal of the driver until the day it was going to happen, yet it had been decided 24 hours before eventually everything was resolved.
