The continuity of the community nurse. Her obvious interest in my needs and fears her patience with me even when she knew that I'm being difficult and stubborn! Her interest and welfare of my husband. She has not met the remainder of my family. As I am only a recent benefactor of your services I feel unqualified to comment on any improvements.
